Since her practice began in London’s Harley Street, she has helped hundreds of individuals recover from burnout and numerous organisations improve workplace wellbeing.  She has lived and worked in Belgium, Germany, Japan, Spain and the UAE.  

Co-Founder of Balanceology - the corporate burnout experts, specialising in the prevention and recovery of workplace burnout.

Jayne is passionate about helping organisations prevent burnout absenteeism, presenteeism and leavism.  She is an advocate of coaching culture and sociocratic system adoption, including the use of models such as Holacracy, Teal and Sociocracy.

She enjoys laughing lots, creative projects with her two daughters,

spending time outdoors and especially loves going on muddy walks with the family dog, Blade.


Fun fact: Jayne holds a Black Belt in both Karate and Tae Kwon Do.
