You will learn a powerful 10-step process, which will enable you to tap into your internal confidence. By the end of the workshop you will have developed your very own Power-Up Plan, which will help you strengthen and build on your confidence after the workshop.
The workshop combines powerful tools adapted from martial arts, meditation, life coaching, art therapy, angelic healing and visualization.
You will leave the workshop feeling energised, ready to take action and excited about embracing all the exciting opportunities that surround you. You will have reconnected with your inner confidence and know the next steps you need to take to help keep expanding it so that you can fulfill your potential in all areas of your life.
